Shorethings Enterprises, LLC Sales Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms:

  • Due to the custom nature of all our work, we require a 50% deposit of the Sales Order/Estimate price before any work is to begin. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery of products and services and reflected on the final invoice.
  • 50% of the initial deposit is non-refundable.
  • There will be a 20% charge for projects that are cancelled after production has begun in addition to any charges already incurred until the cancellation date.
  • Due to quality assurance, all product orders may contain a 5% over/under run and you will only be billed for the product items you receive.
  • All sales orders include an estimate of shipping and actual shipping charges will be reflected on the final invoice.
  • All shipping charges will be FOB Mount Laurel, NJ or one of our supplier manufacturing plants within the United States.
  • We accept cash, check, money orders, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
  • NET10 - NET30 terms will be provided to approved clients at the discretion of Shorethings Enterprises, LLC. Terms begin from the ship date which is the date the product/service is shipped FOB and the final invoice is created.
  • There will be a service charge of 3% added to all invoices that go beyond the limit of their terms. Overdue accounts may also be subject to credit reporting.
  • Clients who have overdue balances will be required to pay 50% down and the remainder before shipping or delivery until their account balance is cleared at which time they return back to terms.
  • All invoices will include sales tax for customers in NJ unless Shorethings Enterprises, LLC is provided with a valid resale/exempt certificate.

Artwork Terms:
  • Client must provide all artwork in a vector format with fonts converted to outlines. If 4 color process printing is required, the required artwork format is CMYK at 300 dpi or higher. If artwork is not in the required format, it must be approved by Shorethings Enterprises, LLC Staff or additional art charges may occur.
  • If client art is provided, client must also supply Shorethings Enterprises, LLC with all original art files in the programs they were created so changes can be made by Shorethings Enterprises, LLC if necessary.
  • All orders must have a signed artwork approval form before production is to begin.
  • Shorethings Enterprises, LLC can not be held responsible for bad artwork that is approved by the client.
  • All projects will be allowed corrections for artwork at the sole discretion of Shorethings Enterprises, LLC.
  • Art and project corrections can not include work outside of the scope of the estimate/sales order.
  • While every effort is made to reproduce an imprint just as the artwork, variations in ink and printing processes make it impossible for us to guarantee exact color representation and consistency.
  • All artwork created is the property of Shorethings Enterprises, LLC unless the client pays for the production of the artwork as part of their service.
  • All clients must provide proof of ownership before copyrighted materials will be printed. Shorethings Enterprises, LLC will not be responsible for (and reserves the right to collect) legal fees incurred due to copyright infringement.
Production Terms:
  • Production times on average range from 5-20 working days (depending on the product and production season), and production begins after Shorethings Enterprises, LLC receives a signed artwork approval form.
  • Estimates/Sales Order prices are only good for 30 days from the date listed on the estimate/sales order for the items and services listed.
  • Rush Production (orders manufactured in less time than normal) may not be available and, where available, may incur a charge. All rush charges are dependant upon the product.
  • Unless specifically stated, imprint size and position is at the discretion of Shorethings Enterprises, LLC and/or it's suppliers for each product.
Misc. Terms:
  • No offers, payment terms, production terms, shipping or delivery terms are final unless confirmed in writing.
  • Payment of a deposit and/or signature of an estimate/sales order constitutes that you agree to the terms and conditions listed herein.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding observed holidays.
  • These terms and conditions may be updated at the sole discretion of Shorethings Enterprises, LLC without any prior notification.
  • While Shorethings Enterprises, LLC will do everything in its power to deliver an order on time, Shorethings Enterprises, LLC will not be held responsible for acts beyond our control that delay production or shipping of your products.
  • Shorethings Enterprises, LLC will make every effort possible to replace damaged or misprinted items or refund the difference of the affected items. This decision will be at the sole discretion of Shorethings Enterprises, LLC and is considered final.
  • There are absolutely no returns on custom printed products for any reason other than damage or misprints.
  • All products are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS.
  • Shorethings Enterprises, LLC is proud to offer free delivery on any product to any customer whose delivery address falls within 30 miles of our offices.
